Welcome to Mountain Stream Fishing Italy (MSFI). By accessing and using our website or booking our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking Process

  • Availability Check: Before making any payment, you must contact us at info@mountainstreamfishingitalia.com to confirm the availability of your preferred date and guide.
  • Reservation and Deposit: Once availability is confirmed by our staff, you can proceed with your reservation by paying a non-refundable deposit. This deposit is per person and can be made online via the provided payment link.
  • Booking Confirmation: After the deposit is received, we will confirm your guide and send you a final booking confirmation. This will include the meeting point, time, and other relevant trip details. Your guide will also reach out to you directly to confirm the arrangements before the day of the trip.

2. Payment Terms

  • Final Payment: The remaining balance is due on the day of your trip and is to be paid directly to your guide. Accepted payment methods include PayPal, Revolut, or cash.
  • Cancellations and Refunds: Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. While we cannot guarantee refunds, we will do our best to accommodate rescheduling based on guide availability.

3. Participant Responsibilities

  • Safety and Conduct: Participants are expected to follow all safety instructions provided by the guide and behave responsibly during the trip. MSFI is not liable for injuries or accidents resulting from negligence or failure to follow instructions.
  • Equipment and Licenses: Unless otherwise stated, participants are responsible for bringing appropriate fishing gear and securing any necessary fishing licenses. Please contact us in advance if you need assistance with equipment rental or license procurement.

4. Liability Disclaimer

  • Weather and Conditions: Fishing trips are subject to weather and water conditions. MSFI reserves the right to cancel or reschedule trips in case of unsafe conditions. In such cases, we will offer rescheduling options or issue a credit for future use.
  • Limited Liability: MSFI and its guides are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the trip.
